Our Japanese friend Kumi enjoyed her visit to the Mill on the Fleet. Our grandchildren loved her company, especially when she joined them in dressing in the period costumes in one of the galleries.

Shooting into the light is always a compromise as I don’t use flash. I find it difficult to present images of people that I know……too familiar and difficult to be objective about the image.

John, you are so correct. It is difficult but when done right as in this case the image becomes even more startling.
