A February view of the woods that line the west side of Brighouse Bay with a low winter sun barely penetrating the old woodland and bringing little warmth to encourage us towards spring. A spring that lies a good three months away in this corner of Scotland.
That’s a long time to wait. We are seeing an early spring here with the mustard in the vineyards already appearing.
